THE RUM 100 FESTIVAL. Goose Green Farm, Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire SK10 4RA
We can’t wait to welcome you to The Rum 100 Festival 2017. The fields are ready waiting for you to park up your camper, pitch your tent, roll out your sleeping bag and make yourself at home. We have put in place measures to maximise public safety and we are working closely with the authorities. We want our RUM 100 Festival goers to play their part in keeping the festival safe and secure, so we’d really appreciate it if you’d read all the information below and make sure you take it all in so we can make your stay with us the best it can be.
THE LESS YOU BRING THE BETTER
We encourage our campers staying with us for the weekend to pack as light as you can. All our ticket holders will be subject to searches of their vehicles, their bags and their person. This will make your entry to The Rum 100 Festival a little bit slower and, we know queuing isn’t on the top of your list but I’m sure you can appreciate it’s worth it. Your patience and cooperation queuing and during our security requests and searches is very much appreciated.
We understand that as happy campers you’ll be staying with us with for a few days. We do ask you to only bring as much as you can carry yourself. Please leave the kitchen sink at home – It will make things quicker.

A FEW QUICK RUM TIPS FOR CAMPERS:
TIP 1: Tag it. Put luggage tags on all of your bags and belongings with your name and mobile number written clearly. We can then identify them as yours.
TIP 2: Don’t wrap it up. Please do not wrap your bags / kit in the thick plastic wrap. Your bags will need to be accessible for searches.
TIP 3: Do a few trips. If you’re coming by vehicle and you really do need to bring more than you can carry, we would advise you make separate trips to your vehicle……All adds up to your 10,000 paces in a day. Oh and you’ll be exiting and re-entering the campsite area so make sure keep hold of your ticket and pass as we don’t want you to be refused access.
TIP 4: Just ask and let us know. There will be plenty of staff and officials on hand and around the festival site to help you. If you have any queries or concerns approach them, they don’t bite and they will be happy to help.
